Q: If I need support, how do I know if I'm eligible for free support?
A: If your product has been purchased within the last 90 days, there is
no charge for technical support for it.
If your warranty support has expired, and if you are not an active
dealer (that is, have sold at least four new systems within the last twelve
months), then your support time will be chargeable. In that case, the hourly
charge is $150, billed in 15 minutes increments.

A: The hard disk itself can be up to 4 gigabytes in size. The largest
partition has to be 2,048 megabytes or less. This means if a 4 gigabyte hard

created. Be sure to partition the hard disk using the FAT16 file system.

Q: I moved my GOLD hard disk from an old computer to a new computer
and the LOADER prompt no longer appears (LOADER prompt is an F1/F2, or Y/N

to bypass this message brings the system directly into MS-DOS, what should I
do?

Q: I moved my GOLD hard disk from my old computer to my new computer,
when I choose YES to the LOADMDOS prompt (LOADMDOS is run under MS-DOS, prompts
you for Y/N to load CDOS, and generally loads in the autoexec.bat), GOLD hangs,
what should I do?
A:You have to run 'LOADMDOS INSTALL' to update your hardware
information. When LOADMDOS is run it reads a file off the hard disk that
contains information on all the hardware in the computer. This information file
is created by 'LOADSYS INSTALL' so when you change the hard disk from one
computer to another, this file needs to be updated to reflect the new hardware.
To run 'LOADMDOS INSTALL' and update the hardware file, follow these instructions:
