Telephone Support is available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM at 650-728-9148

There is no charge for technical support for products under their 90 day warranty

All other technical support is chargeable at the rate of $150 per hour, billed in 15 minute segments. Unless previous billing arrangements have been made, we request payment by VISA or Mastercard.
